Business Development Executive / Senior Executive

Reporting to the Head, Business Development and you will work with Business Development Executives to fulfil the following job responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing

• Coordinate and implement the promotion and marketing (through marketing collaterals) of training courses, programmes, seminars and workshops
• Prepare business proposals including costing & budgeting for training courses, programmes, etc.
• Assist in the planning and preparation including physical arrangements of RELC International Conferences, exhibitions, road-shows, etc.
• Update clients’ records and handle sales enquiries
• Maintain up to date financial records, prepare periodic sales, marketing, financial reports and any other reports on an as-needed basis

Operations and Administration

• Execute daily operational activities such as procurement, logistics and finance
• Plan, coordinate and execute course orientations, opening & closing receptions, and other related duties
• Work closely with students and lecturers for the provision of class attendance, timetable and student services
• Collate and monitor the satisfaction and outcomes of business transaction from the clients and vendors

Key Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 2-3 years of business development, sales, operations experience, preferably in the education and training sector. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Detailed, meticulous and able to multitask
• Sales driven, customer-centric and result oriented
• Good project management and presentation skills
