Job Responsibilities

• Developed and executed strategic business development plans.
• Managed and nurtured key client relationship, achieving a 80% customer retention rate.
• Led cross-functional regional teams in the design and implementation of customised store fixtures solutions, enhancing customer storefronts and improving sales performance.
• Conducted market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Negotiated and closed high-value contracts with major retail clients, contributing to 5% revenue
• growth.
• Collaborated with product development and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of high-
• quality fixtures, meeting client specifications and deadlines.
• Monitored and analysed sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Represented the company at industry trade shows and networking events, expanding the company's visibility and forging strategic partnership.
• Implemented customer feedback systems to continually improve product offerings and service quality.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, interior design, or any related field is preferred
• More than 5 years of relevant experiences 
• Experience working in store fixtures, interior renovation or furniture industries will be an added advantage
