Job Description - Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager in Singapore to lead our business growth efforts for our Singapore Office. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The opportunity will be on a hybrid basis.

Role & Responsibility:

1. Develop and execute business growth strategies: Identify market trends, analyze competitors, and develop tailored strategies to drive business expansion.
2. Build and maintain relationships: Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
3. Generate new business leads: Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into successful deals.
4. Negotiate and close deals: Develop and execute negotiation strategies to secure new business opportunities.
5. Market research and analysis: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
6. Collaborate with cross -functional teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business development efforts.
7. Develop and manage budgets: Manage business development budgets, track expenses, and ensure ROI.
8. Report and analyze performance: Provide regular progress reports, analyze sales metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.


Requirements

1. Candidate should already living in Singapore.
2. MBA or postgraduate degree.
3. Experience working in a multinational corporation.
4. Familiarity with CRM software.
5. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
6. Experience : 0 -1 Year Mandatory.
