You will be joining a specialist investment firm that partners with major U.S. sector leaders to deliver innovative strategies in the real estate financing and residential construction space. The firm has established deep investor relationships across global markets and offers access to high‑conviction investment opportunities supported by decades of industry experience.




Your new role

As the Business Development Manager, you will lead capital‑raising efforts for a portfolio of U.S. real‑estate-focused investment funds across Asia‑Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe. This high‑visibility role will see you developing new institutional relationships, expanding networks within sovereign wealth funds, pensions, insurers, and family offices, and managing the full fundraising lifecycle-from initial introductions to negotiation and successful commitment closing. You will collaborate closely with investment teams on fund deployment needs, guide the preparation of marketing materials, support investor due diligence, and play a central role in organising global roadshows and investor events. This is a rare opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of a rapidly expanding investment platform.




What you'll need to succeed

• 8+ years of business development in the investment management industry
• Demonstrated ability to close large-scale institutional commitments
• Strong network across sovereign wealth funds, pensions, insurers, and family offices (optional, not a must have)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial, driven, and comfortable operating in a high‑autonomy environment (hunter mindset)
