Business Development Manager – Blockchain Industry

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the blockchain and crypto industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Develop strategic partnerships to expand company market presence
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business trends
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and negotiations
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and operations
• Attend industry events, networking sessions, and conferences
• Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in blockchain, fintech, crypto, or technology industry
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and Web3 ecosystem
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong networking and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in English; additional languages will be an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network within blockchain or crypto industry
• Experience in exchange, wallet, payment, or Web3 projects
• Familiarity with global markets and partnerships
