Job Description

Yeo Global Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based digital content and education company focused on developing, marketing, and selling YouTube-based lectures, online courses, and digital learning content.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our digital education business, build partnerships, and expand sales channels.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies for online courses and YouTube-based educational content.

Identify and approach new business partners, instructors, content creators, corporate clients, and sales channels.

Build partnerships with educators, media partners, digital platforms, and training providers.

Develop monetization models including paid courses, memberships, sponsorships, affiliate sales, and content licensing.

Conduct market research on online education, YouTube content, e-learning, and digital media trends.

Manage sales pipelines, commercial proposals, client meetings, and partnership negotiations.

Work with the content and marketing teams to launch new digital courses and improve sales performance.

Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and business growth plans for management.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Education, Communications, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, digital content, online education, or media.

Strong understanding of online courses, YouTube content, digital marketing, and content monetization.

Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and develop new business opportunities.

Experience in e-learning, creator economy, online courses, or digital product sales is an advantage.
