BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Sales & Brand Manager(Premium Home Appliances)

Your Role

You will take full ownership ofsales performance, brand development, and market presence, driving growthacross both offline channels and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales & Revenue Growth

• Develop and execute sales strategies across retail, project, and distribution channels
• Identify and secure new opportunities within the premium segment

Brand & Marketing Leadership

• Establish and position the brand in Singapore, highlighting its innovation and design excellence
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, launches, and activations
• Ensure strong and consistent brand identity across all touchpoints

E-commerce & Digital Presence

• Drive e-commerce strategy and online sales growth across platforms
• Manage online presence including website and marketplaces
• Lead social media branding, content direction, and engagement strategy

Network Expansion

• Leverage existing distributor networks while building new partnerships
• Develop relationships with architects, designers, developers, and premium retailers

Execution & Problem Solving

• Act quickly and responsively to opportunities and challenges
• Apply creative thinking to overcome obstacles and unlock growth

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who brings not just experience, but energy, ownership, and a genuine passion for building something meaningful:

• Proven experience in sales, brand management, or business development, ideally in premium or lifestyle categories
• Strong track record in both commercial execution and brand building
• Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media branding
• Demonstrated ability to build or grow brands in new or developing markets
