Our firm has successfully completed more than 3,000 searches globally and continues to expand into new industry verticals.

We are now looking to build our Family Office practice.

This is an opportunity for someone who already has strong relationships within Singapore's family office ecosystem and wants to convert those relationships into a highly rewarding executive search business.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business opportunities within Singapore's Family Office ecosystem.
• Build relationships with Single Family Offices, Multi Family Offices and related advisory firms.
• Identify hiring opportunities and convert them into retained or contingent executive search assignments.
• Engage founders, CIOs, CEOs, COOs, HR leaders, family principals and key decision makers.
• Work closely with our delivery team to ensure outstanding execution.
• Grow your own portfolio of long-term clients.

Who We're Looking For

We're deliberately open-minded.

You may already be working in executive search.

Or you may come from another industry where you have built meaningful relationships within Singapore's family office community.

We would like to hear from you if you have:

• Existing relationships within Singapore's Family Office ecosystem.
• A proven track record of winning new business.
• Strong commercial instincts.
• Confidence engaging C-level executives and business owners.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A self-starter mindset with minimal need for supervision.
• High levels of integrity and professionalism.

Experience that would be highly advantageous

• Business Development within Financial Services

Previous executive search experience is advantageous but not essential if you possess strong family office relationships and understand consultative B2B selling.
