BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The company provides end-to-end services covering construction, renovation, interior design, repair, and ongoing maintenance to ensure properties remain safe, functional, and compliant with industry standards. The Business Development Manager role drives growth for construction and maintenance projects by securing new clients, managing tenders and proposals, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with developers and property managers. The role also covers market research, meeting revenue targets, and working closely with operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

Specific Responsibilities:

1.Identify and explore new business opportunities within the construction and maintenance industry.

2.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

3.Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.

4.Prepare business proposals, quotations, and related documentation.

5.Coordinate with internal teams to support project requirements and client requests.

6.Promote the company's construction and maintenance services through appropriate marketing activities.

7.Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and business documentation.

8.Support customer enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.

9.Perform other business development and administrative duties as assigned by management.
