Job Description:

Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for interior design and a knack for business development? We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Utilize your creativity and industry knowledge to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for expanding the client base and increasing revenue.
• Client Presentations: Showcase the portfolio and services to potential and existing clients in a compelling and professional manner. Tailor presentations to address client needs and demonstrate the value of partnering with our client.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and providing personalized solutions. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and guidance to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Internal Culture Enhancement: Contribute to the development and improvement of the internal culture by sharing your perspectives and ideas. Foster a collaborative and supportive environment where creativity thrives and team members feel empowered to excel.
• Self-Initiative: Demonstrate strong initiative and self-motivation in pursuing business opportunities and achieving targets. Take ownership of projects and initiatives, driving them forward with enthusiasm and determination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
• 1-2 years of business development working experience in a related field within interior design industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
