Business Development Manager [Control Valve / Domestic Sales]

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales & marketing strategies for valves & instrumentation measurement products.
• Source new business leads to expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key customers.
• Handle MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) and allocated projects effectively.
• Visit potential customers to identify and pursue business opportunities.
• Market the company’s capabilities to new and existing clients.
• Lead and oversee the sales and marketing team to achieve predetermined annual
  sales targets.
• Uphold and enhance the company’s brand through advanced communication,
  interpersonal skills, and team collaboration.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

[Must]

• 3 years of experience in handling Control Valves (and instrument products) in the Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical
• Willing to visit local customers in person often
• Having own car 
• Well versed with the Singapore customer base and market, especially the ones in Jurong island 
• Solid technical knowledge of valves, instrumentation, and measurement systems 

[Advantage]

• Experience in handling customers in Pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage 
• Proficiency in Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking customers
