Business Development Manager (EV car)

Responsibilities

• Report to CEO and Chairman
• Data and information collection for potential markets, perform research and feasibility study
• Plan and develop suitable business strategy to meet the mid-term growth of the company
• Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support sale/purchase process, provide useful product knowledge to the team
• Identify potential risks and resolve conflicts and issues
• Involve in contracts negotiation, support and provide timely and accurate information to CEO for decision making
• Prepare Sales & shipping documents and related materials in accordance to the regional legal requirements
• Act as supply chain service representative for product delivery
• Report and escalate issues to Management team in a timely manner

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experiences
• Good knowledge and experience in new energy sector, raw material trading and globe commodities trading
• An independently motivated, resourceful and a good problem solver
• Able to manage/support multiple projects at different stages
• A hand on person, able to work in an entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent presentation skills in front of all levels of the customer/supplier
• Experience in Project/Product Management role would be an advantage
• Fluent in English for professional business communication.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or other east Asian languages is a plus
• Willingness to travel when necessary
