Job Description - Business Development Manager (Facilities Service))

Our client is a leading engineering and project delivery company supporting high-tech industrial sectors across semiconductor, wafer fabrication, life sciences, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. Due to business expansion, they are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive strategic growth and strengthen client partnerships across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth across semiconductor, data centre, life sciences, pharmaceutical, and advanced manufacturing sectors within Southeast Asia.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients and strategic accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, industry partners, and key stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, including opportunity identification, client engagement, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, estimating, and project delivery teams to develop competitive and value-driven solutions for clients.
  • Manage and maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, customer relationship management (CRM) activities, and business development reporting.
  • Support tender submissions, bid strategies, cost reviews, and client presentations to maximize project win rates.
  • Work closely with regional and global business leaders to align market strategies, customer engagement plans, and growth initiatives.
  • Drive cross-selling opportunities across multiple business units and service offerings to enhance customer value and increase market share.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade exhibitions, and networking platforms to strengthen market presence and identify emerging opportunities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline. Additional qualifications in Business, Marketing, or PMP certification will be advantageous.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience within the MEP, EPC, or Facility Services industry.
  • Sales Experience required
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • Location: West
  • Working days: 5 days
  • Salary: S$10,000 and AWS (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
