Job Description - Business Development Manager (Healthcare)

Job Description:

  • Drive y-o-y revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand market reach beyond Singapore. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for warehousing, medical devices and automation solutions
  • Build a solid pipeline of prospects and sales leads
  • Manage the sales cycle from the contacts to contractual stage, ensuring that all customer’s pain-points and requirements are fulfilled
  • Work with Pre-sale team to deliver compelling solutions and competitive pricing to existing and new customers 
  • Create, develop and drive business strategies to increase market  
  • Passionate about leveraging on his/her pharmaceutical expertise to identify new line of business 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and expand product lines.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends
  • Proactively monitor and assess competitor initiatives, take tactical action to defend company’s position

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of applicable business development experience in pharmacy and healthcare, especially as an integrated logistics service providers or supply chain operations
  • Proven track records of driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market reach
  • Results & details oriented with strong planning and analytical skills
  • Ability to understand customer’s pain-point and formulate effective solutions
  • Ability to do market analysis, lead generation, pricing model with strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to interact positively with customers
  • Proven to be a team player
