Job Description

• Gourmet Industry (Premium Food/ Beverage Items)
• Monday to Friday
• Central Area 
• Basic up to 6k + VB

Responsibilities:

1. Market Strategy: Conduct market research and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
2. Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with distributors and retailers.
3. Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets, promote products, and maintain key client relationships.
4. Brand Promotion: Collaborate on marketing campaigns and represent the brand at events.
5. Customer Focus: Ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and improve offerings.
6. Reporting: Analyze sales performance and provide strategic insights to management.
7. Collaboration: Work with internal teams and mentor junior staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a focus on strategy development.
• Proven ability to create and implement effective sales and market strategies.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
• Not afraid challenges and would like to drive innovation in dynamic environment
