Job Description:

  • Market Analysis and Strategy / Implementation Plan Development:
    • Conduct research and analyse market dynamics to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges within the target segments.
    • Develop strategies and action plan to effectively penetrate and expand into these segments.
  • Lead Generation and Relationship Building:
    • Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders within target segments.
    • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging digital platforms.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Business Development and Sales:
    • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and initial contact to negotiation, contract closure and project implementation.
    • Collaborate with team to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
    • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to showcase our products/services and value proposition.
  • Strategic Account Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact within the target segments, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline development, and market trends to senior management on a regular basis.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize business strategies and achieve revenue targets.


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing with Industrial & System Engineering background
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant sales/marketing experience, of which at least 4 to 5 years in business development role with proven track records
  • Well-connected in semiconductor, data center, energy, carbon neutrality segments will be an added advantage
  • Experience in developing, negotiating, closing and implementing large scale projects 
  • Regional exposure, especially in Malaysia and Philippines
