Job Description - Business Development Manager [Singapore Market]

What you'll focus on

Develop and execute outbound strategies targeting Singapore-based brands and enterprises
Run high-quality discovery calls aligned to Singapore business standards
Lead negotiations and close deals with senior stakeholders
Build and manage a strong SG-focused pipeline with accurate forecasting
Understand regional buying cycles and manage outreach cadence effectively
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-centric solutions

What you bring

Has proven B2B full-cycle sales experience targeting the Singapore market
Has consistently met or exceeded revenue targets in APAC markets
Understands Singapore’s business culture, decision-making processes, and expectations
Has experience in SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, or high-growth tech (preferred)
Is strong in commercial negotiations and value-based selling
Maintains disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
Is confident, articulate, and culturally aligned with APAC business communication
Is comfortable aligning work hours to the Singapore time zone when required
