Business Development & Planning Executive - Dynamic Team

The Business Planning Executive supports in driving the growth and expansion opportunities of K.U.S. His principal responsibility is to assist the Business Development Director in planning and executing strategies to pave the way for the future. 

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Work with the Business Development Director in setting strategic objectives and prepare business plans
2. Conduct research associated with business issues and potential opportunities for business growth. 
3. Work with the Business Heads and cross-functional teams on business planning, including strategic objectives, priorities and resource allocation 
4. Ensure business plans are in place for the company's future course. 
5. Assist in conducting business review 
6. Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for the Senior Management and stakeholders 
7. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements: 

Education Required: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or related disciplines

Experience Required 

• At least 5 years' of experience in business research and development of business plans
• Having a strong understanding of the construction industry and market trends will be an added advantage

• Analytical skills to make data-driven recommendations 
• Result oriented, with a focus on achieving revenue and growth targets
