Job Description
-Assist directors with daily scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements.
-Manage incoming communications such as emails and phone calls.
-Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for directors.
-Coordinate vendor quotations, invoices, and payment processing.
-Compile meeting minutes and manage procurement processes.
-Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
-Coordinate candidate interviews and assist in onboarding.
-Generate sales reports and manage CRM databases.
-Assist in marketing activities, including sourcing and preparing materials.
-Monitor online retail platforms and oversee sales documentation and delivery.
-Coordinate office facilities maintenance.
-Liaise with software representatives for system functionality.
Requirement
-Diploma in Business Administration or related field, with GCE "O" Level.
-Minimum of 5 years' experience in administrative management or similar roles.
-Familiarity with CRM, ERP software, and online platforms management.
-Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical skills for data assessment.
-Leadership capabilities for team management and vendor relationships.
-Attention to detail, proactive approach, adaptability, and customer focus.
-Basic knowledge in Electric Vehicles/Commercial Vehicles is advantageous.
-Possession of Class 3 Driving Licence.
