Job description:

The job title itself should be self-explanatory. It requires you to assist with business day-to-day operations in the office by doing paperwork filings, researching and preparing documents for the team leads.  

What is required of you:

• Assist the Marketing Lead on running the SEM and SEO projects such as keywords search, monitoring the marketing articles being written, graphical or video works done. 
• Assist in preparation power point and word document business proposal for the Sales Lead in government overseas grant application.
• Research online and use ChatGPT to draft reply for the team leads when need arises.
• Preparation of Monthly sales report and some keying in of expenses transactions to accounting program
• Fill up government portal online and bank account opening forms such as MOM 
• Assist updating payments, invoices, and billing.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must as the task requires communication with foreign clients and overseas co-workers.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma from any related field.
