Business Head/Senior Lead, Healthcare Logistics - MNC/Logistics/S$13,000

A leading integrated logistics and supply chain solutions provider is seeking an entrepreneurial Business Head to establish and lead its Healthcare Logistics business. This strategic leadership role offers the opportunity to build a new business vertical, drive commercial growth, and develop end-to-end healthcare logistics solutions while ensuring the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup, development, and expansion of the Healthcare Logistics business.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and market penetration.
• Assume full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, revenue generation, and profitability.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical device manufacturers.
• Establish GDP-compliant operational frameworks, cold chain capabilities, and regulatory processes.
• Develop and manage specialised logistics networks, transportation partners, and cold chain infrastructure.
• Ensure operational excellence while maintaining compliance with healthcare industry regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated supply chain solutions and continuous business improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare logistics, pharmaceutical supply chain, cold chain logistics, or related sectors.
• Proven experience leading business development or establishing a new business unit or service line.
• Strong understanding of GDP standards, temperature-controlled logistics, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Established network within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in strategic sales, negotiation, and contract management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
