Responsibilities  

• In charge of corporate account canvassing, gathering, maintaining and developing commercial leads, conducting applicant interviews, business negotiations, signing contracts on the client and candidate side; 

• Understanding, analyzing and answering to clients’ request for proposals together with our pre-sales consultants and Business Development Manager; 

• Engage in headhunting, sourcing, screening, developing and introducing candidates; 

• Striving to achieve yours sales target and managing the relationship both with and between your clients and consultants; 

• Managing the relationship with both your clients and consultants, and supporting them; 

• Being a driving force to develop our core values and promoting our fields of expertise; 

• Report directly to the Chief Business officer based in Belgium, with performance tracked through clear KPIs. 

Requirements  

Minimum Qualifications 

• Master degree in relevant disciplines; 

• Strong problem-solving ability; 

• Strong communication and negotiation skills; 

• A creative problem solver with passion, energy and enthusiasm to learn. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in business development / recruitment will be a plus; 

• Experience in consulting is necessary; 

• Willing to relocate to Singapore or already based in the region; 

• Experience in technical recruitment is necessary; 

• Speaking French will be a plus (interactions with France and Belgium); 

• Self-directed and require minimal supervision.
