Business Manager, (Interior Design Residential) - Collaborative Environment

• You own P&L for your own cohort.
• You will be in-charge of making every designer successful and every client receive the best experience.
• You will be responsible for hiring and mentoring designers for your own team
• Manage designer resources by providing support and guidance where needed to make the designer independent.
• Understand each client’s requirements and keep a tab on their experience throughout.
• As a Team leader bring insights from the client and designer meetings and suggest process improvements across the board including
• marketing, product, category and operations.
• Coordination with different teams for ensuring client deliverables are effectively communicated and met.
• Have a positive attitude and be an initiative-seeker.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Interior Design (residential projects) industry, managing a mid to large sales team.
• Experience in managing and owning a P&L
• Consistent track record of monthly/quarterly sales
• Have clear knowledge of the best practices and the entire sales, design and execution process
• Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively and motivate and drive a team
• Good to have (Not a must):
• Knowledge of AutoCad or ArchiCad or Revit (or other BIM softwares)
• Experience in 3D modelling and rendering softwares is an added advantage.
• Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities.
