. They bridge departments (e.g., Operation) to optimize workflows, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with policies. This role typically requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and process improvement expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Analyzing, developing, and implementing operational policies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborating with leadership to align daily operations with long-term company goals.
• Budget & Resource Management: Monitoring financial data to ensure cost efficiency, managing resources, and overseeing procurement.
• Team Leadership: Overseeing staff, fostering a positive work culture, managing performance metrics, and assisting with recruitment.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Managing workflows across various departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Risk Management: Assessing and mitigating risks to operational continuity. 

• Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
• Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures
• Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
• Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
• Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
• Coordinate with the HR department to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs
• Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans

Requirements and skills

• Previous experience as a Business Operations Manager or in a similar role
• Good knowledge of operations management
• Experience with forecasting models
• Experience with databases and project management software
• The ability to interpret financial data and allocate budgets
• Exceptional communication skills
• able to work Night shift also if need
