Description
Join Pixlr Group as a Business Operations & Marketing Executive, where you’ll help keep the wheels turning behind training courses, client activities, partner campaigns, and marketing support. This role is for someone organised, curious, and eager to learn how different teams come together to deliver smooth customer, learner, and partner experiences.
The Job:
1. Training Operations & Learner Support
Coordinate training scheduling, logistics, and workflow for Pixlr training courses with training partners.
Support learner registration and onsite training coordination for Pixlr training courses with Business Development, channel partners, and trainers.
2. Demand Generation & Partner Campaign Support
Assist in organising demand generation events and client outreach activities.
Support Pixlr channel partners with campaign coordination and related operational follow-ups.
3. Customer Success & Client Engagement
Support renewal and upsell coordination for existing software and training clients.
Assist in acquiring client testimonials from existing software and training clients.
Maintain client databases and update dashboards to provide data visibility to relevant teams.
4. Field Marketing & Campaign Support
Support Marketing in the creation and distribution of field marketing collaterals.
Assist with campaign materials, timelines, and operational coordination.
5. Social Media & Community Operations
Support regular updates for Singapore-based social media channels and social communities.
Work with relevant teams to help maintain and grow social media and community engagement.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination & Budget Support
Coordinate working activity calendars across relevant teams to support seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
Assist the Market Leader with budget planning inputs, cost tracking, and related documentation.
Requirements
The Person:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations or programme coordination.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple schedules, logistics, and resources.
Experience with learner enrolment, support, and engagement tracking.
Familiarity with training systems, tools, and digital platforms.
Ability to compile reports, track training metrics, and recommend improvements.
Strong communication skills for vendor and trainer coordination.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement.
