Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial industry and a proven track record of success in managing complex business operations within a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will on enhancing product performance to drive revenue growth and increase user base for our global business.

You will lead Operations, Branding and Product capabilities / personnel, all located within the Singapore office while collaborating with other functions (e.g. Marketing, Compliance, Technology, Product, Partnerships, Finance, Customer Service, respective Country Leaders) both within the Singapore office and our other locations across the globe. This role reports to the Deputy CEO.

What Would Be Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end product operations, driving revenue growth, user retention and user base growth through strategic planning, performance monitoring, and optimization
• Manage the entire user lifecycle, implementing strategies to boost acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization
• Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements to drive operational excellence, and enhance the overall monetization / revenue generation opportunities
• Provide strategic leadership to the Branding function, overseeing initiatives, partnerships, and campaigns to elevate brand awareness
• Leverage data analytics to generate user insights, segment audiences, and deliver personalized product experiences
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, leveraging organizational expertise to align operations with overall business objectives

What We Require From You:

• 5+ years of experience in revenue-driven product operations, revenue operations, user lifecycle optimization within an “internet” / “digital-centric” organization. FinTech experience would be highly advantageous.
• Highly self-driven and results-oriented
• Exceptional data analysis and user demand insight capabilities
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to work with stakeholders who converse only in Mandarin
