Business Operations Executive

We are seeking a proactive Business Operations Executive to optimize our business operations . You will be the backbone of our team, ensuring seamless business support , compliance, and workflow coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to consultants.
2. Coordinate internal workflows, track project milestones, and support client servicing.
3. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal operations policies.
4. Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and reporting.

Requirements:

1. Singaporean or PR, aged 21 and above with a minimum Diploma or GCE A-Level.
2. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office.
3. Process-driven mindset; prior experience in business support or operations is a plus.
4. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply (full training provided).
