We are seeking a Business Operations Executive (Market Intelligence) to support regional business operations, market research initiatives, and strategic growth projects.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations

• Support the day-to-day operations of the business and ensure smooth execution of internal processes.

• Coordinate activities across multiple business functions, including operations, administration, finance, and management.

• Prepare reports, presentations, business documentation, and management updates.

• Support the planning and execution of internal projects and business initiatives.

• Assist in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

Market Intelligence & Research

• Conduct research on companies, industries, and market developments across Singapore, China, and Asia-Pacific.

• Monitor industry trends, business expansion activities, investment developments, and competitive landscapes.

• Gather, analyze, and maintain market intelligence data covering technology, AI, fintech, digital assets, and emerging industries across Asia-Pacific. 

• Prepare market intelligence reports, talent market analyses, competitor benchmarking studies, and strategic business insights to support management decision-making. 

• Support management in evaluating new markets, business opportunities, and strategic initiatives.

• Conduct talent market mapping, workforce intelligence studies, and hiring landscape analysis to support client advisory and business development initiatives. 

Project Coordination

• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Track project progress and maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Support stakeholder communications and project administration activities.

• Maintain internal databases and information repositories.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Management, Communications, Marketing, Economics, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, administration, reporting, or related functions.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to gather, organize, and synthesize information from multiple sources.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience preparing reports, presentations, and management documentation.

• Experience supporting cross-functional projects or business initiatives.

• Interest in technology, AI, FinTech, Blockchain/Web3, Gaming, or emerging industries.

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is advantageous to support regional stakeholders and business activities across Greater China and Asia-Pacific.
