What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a partner who can bring any of the following:

• Proven experience in agency recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting
• Strong network and understanding of specific sectors (e.g., tech, finance, engineering, healthcare)
• Business development, account management, or operational capabilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to share in both the rewards and responsibilities of growing a business

What You’ll Be Involved In

• Co-developing recruitment strategies, service offerings, and client acquisition plans
• Leading business functions based on your strengths (e.g., sales, delivery, ops)
• Building and managing relationships with clients and candidates
• Shaping the culture and long-term vision of the firm
