Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development and acquire new clients to expand our market presence.

• Leverage your network among C-level professionals and senior executives.

• Manage the end-to-end executive search process, from interview to offer management.

• Offer advisory services and tailored recruitment solutions to clients.

• Represent the brand at conferences and networking events to drive business growth.

Skills and Experience Required:

• At least 5-10 years of experience in executive search or a mix of business and recruitment experience.

• Proven track record in delivering revenue targets with strong financial and commercial acumen.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong relationship-building and consultative skills with a client management background.
