What's the role?

Your Roles & Responsibilities:

• Capture business problems, value drivers, functional/non-functional requirements and translate them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria for the squad(s) and lead refinement sessions with the squad.
• Govern agile best practices within the squad to ensure productivity is achieved and measured with tangible metrics.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to oversee release plans including hypercare support and post-release communications to stakeholders.
• Prioritise product backlog items by assessing risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impact with key stakeholders to ensure highest value is delivered
• Validate deliverables to ensure acceptance criteria and definition of done is achieved.
• Articulate productivity and value delivery to management in a clear and concise manner through presentation decks to demonstrate how it fits into the overall product vision.
• Create and present compelling business cases to justify solution value and establish approval, funding and prioritization.

What you bring

• 6 years or more proven track record of product delivery, with clear understanding of Agile framework and ways of working.
• Good grasp of technology and unafraid to go down to details with the ability to appreciate pros and cons of technology stacks and data flow.
• Experience in Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems or LNG / Gas Trading / logistics would be a bonus, but not a must.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, with clear understanding of data flow and exception handlings.
• Out of the box thinking / innate curiosity about consumer problems and ways of resolving them via digital solutions.
• Background in managing backlog, developing user stories and estimating story points.
• Proven ability to master the complexity of interactions, demonstrating strong communication skills, among IT, digital and business stakeholders.
