About the job
You will drive sustainability-focused initiatives and innovation projects, working closely with internal teams and external partners to identify new opportunities and execute ongoing projects.

Your missions

1. Innovation Program Management

• Lead and sustain innovation programs, ensuring alignment with strategy, KPIs, and long-term impact.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of scalable, high-value initiatives and proactively remove delivery roadblocks.
• Track performance and provide clear, data-driven reporting to stakeholders.

2. Innovation Communication & Awareness

• Drive innovation culture through consistent communication, storytelling, and community engagement.
• Manage key channels (newsletter, intranet, events, showroom) to ensure continuous visibility and adoption.
• Support governance and alignment across regional and global teams.

3. Open Innovation & Ecosystem Development

• Build and nurture sustainable partnerships with startups, academia, and ecosystem players.
• Identify and support collaboration opportunities, funding, and co-innovation initiatives aligned with strategy.

4. Process Improvement & Best Practices

• Standardize and continuously improve innovation processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Leverage best practices and automation to strengthen collaboration, knowledge sharing, and long-term sustainability.

Your profile

• Bachelor Degree in Business or related field
• 5+ year of experience in innovation or project management
• Experience in sustainability; circular economy experience is a strong plus
• Knowledge of innovation frameworks and project management tools
• Stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial environments is preferred
• English fluent. Additional languages are a plus.
• Atrong strategic thinking and hands-on execution ability
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments and managing ambiguity independently
• Passion for sustainability and innovation
