JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, research, and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Assist in establishing business structures for new ventures.
• Provide sales and technical support, taking ownership of new business/product responsibilities to increase sales volume and Gross Profit.
• Achieve sales targets by acquiring new businesses, boosting order intakes (in units and dollar sales), generating revenue, and optimizing gross profits and margins.
• Focus on strengthening existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers to expand the customer base.
• Extend sales support to the Group's subsidiaries in designated countries, such as providing leads, conducting joint sales visits, gathering market intelligence, and coordinating sales meetings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum qualification of GCE A Level, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in selling and marketing.
• Independent professional with a strong commitment and passion for the role.
• Proactive with good initiative and a sense of urgency to achieve high-quality results.
• Willing and able to travel, dedicating at least 10-20% of time to travel.
• Demonstrates good presentation skills.
• Values teamwork and prioritizes team success.
• Honest with high integrity.
• Holds a valid Class 3 Driving License.
