Business Strategy Analyst, Corporate Finance

• Construct and refine detailed financial models covering business performance, profitability, and valuation scenarios.
  


• Run scenario and sensitivity analyses to quantify the financial impact of strategic and operational decisions.
  


• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles across group entities.
  


• Convert complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for management decision-making.
  


• Carry out market, industry, and competitor studies to surface emerging trends, growth opportunities, and risks.
  


• Produce sectoral reports and benchmarks that inform strategic direction and investment priorities.
  


• Partner with Corporate Development and Finance on strategic initiatives, partnerships, and new business evaluations.
  


• Evaluate potential investment and partnership opportunities through analytical and financial due diligence.
  


• Track portfolio company performance, pinpoint improvement areas, and report on key success metrics.
  


• Craft investor presentations, fundraising materials, pitch decks, and performance dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certification in financial analysis, corporate strategy, or data analytics (such as CFA) is an advantage.
  


• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in strategy, finance, consulting, or technology-driven startups.
  


• Demonstrated capability in financial modelling, valuation techniques, market analysis, and business case development, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and familiarity with data visualisation platforms.
  


• Sound grasp of financial statements and investment principles, with exposure to M&A, fundraising, or strategic planning processes preferred.
  


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, intellectual curiosity, and comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
