We are searching for a capable Business Support Executive (Accounting, Contract, Reputable insurance company) to join our talented team at RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd in East Region.

RecruitFirst is hiring! You will be outsourced to:

Location: East

Duration: 6 months contract

Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9am to 6pm

Salary: Up to $2800 per month 

Job Description:

•           Perform record creation and system updating in Bank’s operating systems relating to Secured Loans. 

•           Process documentation check, loan disbursement, loan servicing activities, loan redemption, fee payments & collection relating to Secured Loans. 

•           Prepare instructions, payment, advices & notification letters to customers/law firm 

•           Perform imaging, indexing and filing of collateral documents 

•           Perform reconciliation of General ledger accounts, transactions & documents 

•           Review & update system reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis. 

•           Handle filing of source reports & media and arranging for archival. 

•           Handle customer / lawyer’s enquiries

•           Ensure all requests are processed within specified Service standard, timely and accurately 

•           Manage ad-hoc project assigned by Team Manager 

•           Escalate any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager 

•           Assist Team Manager by providing ideas/initiatives in improving the existing workflow and identify operational risks and implement measures to address / mitigate the risk 

•           Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

•           Minimally someone with basic knowledge in accounting and GL in a related field 

•           It will be very advantageous if the candidate had experience in handling accounts work using an internal accounting system

•           Someone who is able to work under very fast paced environment 

•           Competent in Microsoft Excel
