Business Systems Analyst (Cosmetics / Skin Care) - JR

☑ Well Established Personal Care Product MCN Company 

☑ Location: Lorong Chuan MRT - 5min Walking Distance 

☑ Working Timing: 5Days / 8.45am - 6.00pm 

☑ Salary: $4500 - $6000+ AWS + VB 

☑ Experience in Python, SQL (database), Power BI, VBA.

☑ Programming experience in PowerBI/Power Query. Some knowledge in SAP is a plus.
 

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with various departments to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of business systems.
• Analyze business processes and make sense of data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and manage Management Information System reports and Dashboards, integrating ongoing requirements and new features based on business user needs.
• Provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of dashboards and IT solutions.
• Provide first-level SAP helpdesk support when needed, troubleshoot on first-level SAP issues for local operations, and escalate to the vendor if necessary.
• Liaise closely with vendors and group IT in project implementation, application testing, supporting application patching and upgrades.
• Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology preferred.
• Preferably at least 3 years of relevant working experience implementing or managing MS SQL, central data warehouse, and managing analysis platform.
• Experience in Python, SQL (database), Power BI, VBA.
• Programming experience in PowerBI/Power Query. Some knowledge in SAP is a plus.
