Business Transformation Project Manager

Our client, a renowned and well-established group, is entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation and is seeking a Project Manager to support their continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll act as both an internal consultant and a project manager, reviewing how the business currently operates, identifying where processes fall short, and leading the full transformation process from planning through to rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and digitalization projects from planning through execution across the group
• Review existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas needing improvement
• Design practical solutions and see them through to full implementation, not just advisory recommendations
• Use operational data to build the case for proposed changes and track whether initiatives deliver results
• Partner closely with stakeholders across business units, bridging technical and business needs while driving change management; communicating updates, training staff, and supporting teams through the transition to new processes or systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in process improvement, business transformation, or internal consulting
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to run initiatives independently with minimal oversight
• A practical, analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive decisions
• Prior experience leading digital transformation and change management projects
