Business Valuation Analyst - Join a Market Leader

Major responsibilities include but not limited to:

• To assist in financial model development and review assignments, and to take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of such assignments.

• To perform industry research, comparable transactions/ companies research, to assist with the preparation DCF & WACC calculations and analysis.

• Conduct research and management interviews.

• To assist the managers in preparing valuation reports.

• To write up consultancy report on industry market and perform in-depth market research.

• To carry out any other assignments as directed by managers or senior management.

• To carry out research for regular or ad hoc projects, where required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, CFA candidate is preferred.

• Preferred who has passed CFA level 1

• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is a plus

• Ideally with relevant exposures (both in school or work).

• Sound understanding of various financial models (e.g., DCF, Market Multiples).

• Sound understanding of finance concepts.

• Responsible, well-organized and able to work independently.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to work with a high degree of autonomy as well as part of a team.

• Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in PC knowledge such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing.
