· Attend to all corporate guest request and ensure that they are fulfilled to guest’s satisfaction according the highly prescribed standards.
· Demonstrate an enjoyment and enthusiasm for work through effective relationships with other staff and adopting a ‘’Can-do’’ approach to all tasks assigned
· Review all in-house, arriving and departing VIP guests on a regular basis
· Handle all guest’s requests & enquiries in a professional manner
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures
Follow all Emergency Response plans on site
Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks
Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times
Job Requirements:
· At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in hotel/restaurant environment
· Customer-service oriented personality
· Proficient with MS Office Applications
· Cheerful and self-motivated with positive working attitude
