C++ Developer - Low Latency High Frequency Trading - Hong Kong/ Singapore/ New York

This role is an opportunity to join a high-performance trading firm to participate in building ultra-low-latency infrastructure and drive real-time performance at scale in traditional finance or crypto markets in a flat structured, high ownership, fact environment.

Responsibilities

1. Design and develop high-throughput, low-latency trading infrastructure in modern C++
2. Implement scalable execution and risk systems with a focus on performance and reliability
3. Optimize CPU/memory usage, threading, and networking (TCP/UDP) for real-time systems
4. Collaborate with quants, traders, and infrastructure engineers to deliver cutting-edge systems
5. Maintain robust and fault-tolerant components for uninterrupted trading operations

Requirements

1. Computer science degree or related fields.
2. Understands system programming with expert-level programming in C++ skills (C++17/20/23/26).
3. Experience in latency-sensitive, performance-critical environments (finance, high frequency trading environment or crypto is a plus)
4. Strong Linux background with proficiency in multi-threading, concurrency, and tuning
5. Familiarity with trading system architecture, exchange protocols, and market data handling
