C++ Software Engineers | Global Proprietary Trading Firms | Hong Kong & Singapore | Relocation and Visa Support Available

I’m partnering with leading global proprietary trading firms that are expanding their engineering teams acrossHong Kong and Singapore , with selected opportunities also available inShanghai . You’ll design and optimise globally distributed platforms behind automated trading businesses, working closely with engineers, traders, and researchers.

The roles are open to candidates based locally and internationally, with visa sponsorship and relocation support available.

Strong English-speaking engineers are welcome, provided they are genuinely committed to relocating to one of these APAC locations.

Finance Experience Is Not Required

The teams welcome excellent C++ engineers from leading technology companies and other technical environments involving:

1. Low-latency, real-time, or distributed systems
2. Performance and systems optimisation
3. Networking, gaming or infrastructure

If you have strong C++ fundamentals and enjoy understanding how systems work under the hood, the teams can help you develop the required trading knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

1. 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with excellent C++ development skills.
2. Experience withlow-latency, real-time, distributed, or performance-critical systems .
3. Strong knowledge of architecture, system design, data structures, and performance optimisation.
4. Strong English communication and effective collaboration.
5. Python experience would be advantageous.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Build services across globally distributed automated trading platforms.
2. Develop high-throughput, low-latency systems using modern C++.
3. Build infrastructure running machine-learning models on high-performance servers.
4. Optimise latency, throughput, reliability, and execution quality.
5. Own major projects from architecture through production.
6. Work directly with traders and researchers to deliver production systems.
