You don't need a finance background — we're keen to speak with engineers who have built low-latency, high-performance, real-time, or distributed systems in industries such as technology, gaming, networking, telecommunications, or infrastructure.

1. Strong C++ development and systems programming experience.
2. Experience building low-latency, real-time, distributed, or performance-critical systems .
3. Backgrounds from trading, big tech, gaming, networking, infrastructure, embedded systems, or similar engineering environments are all welcome.
