CAD Designer

Job Responsibilities

Support the Interior Design team in the preparation and development of design documentation.

Ensure product designs comply with relevant safety, interior architecture, and structural standards.

Prepare, develop, and maintain accurate CAD drawings throughout all project stages.

Review and control the quality of documentation, including Tender, Permit, Construction, and Shop Drawings, before issuance.

Assist the design team with CAD drafting and design-related tasks.

Provide technical support and advice to the creative/design department.

Coordinate with designers and project teams to ensure drawings are accurate, consistent, and completed on schedule.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Interior Design, Architectural Studies, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience as an AutoCAD Drafter in a commercial interior design firm.

Proficient in AutoCAD with advanced knowledge of CAD drafting and documentation.

Strong understanding of construction detailing, interior fit-out, and industry standards.

Able to interpret design concepts and translate them into detailed technical drawings.

Good attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
