CAD/CAM Engineer (CNC, fixtures, tooling design) - Excellent Benefits Package

Responsibilities:

• Manage manufacturing processes from raw materials to shipment. 
• Develop and update work instructions and design tools. 
• Implement APQP, conduct pilot runs, and train staff. 
• Provide technical support for production quality. 
• Coordinate with OEMs on product requirements. 
• Lead continuous improvement projects. 
• Assist with RFQ proposals and other engineering tasks.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience in precision engineering/aerospace or mass manufacturing, with CAD skills (preferably Siemens NX Unigraphics). 
• Proficient in CNC machining, CAD/CAM programming, and tool/fixture design. Skilled in interpreting customer drawings and specifications. 
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication abilities
