Call Centre Officer (1 year) Greenwich Drive 5 days work - Join a Market Leader

Salary: $13 per hour 

Address: 1 Greenwich Dr, Singapore 533865

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 5 days’ work, 44 hours per week 

Shift Hours (Rotating): 8am to 5.30pm / 8.30am to 6pm / 9am to 6.30pm / 10am to 7pm / 3pm to 12 midnight (Taxi claimable)

Requirements:

• Min O level
• Best someone with call center / telesales / customer service related experience 
• MUST be IT Savvy 

Job Duties

• Answer incoming calls from member of public regarding ensuring a clean and sustainable environment for Singapore
• Member of public will be calling in to provide feedbacks / enquires regarding the following issues that they have witness or concern:
  1. Air Quality in Singapore
  2. Cleanliness regarding drain condition, public dustbin such as overflowing, littered of public area, public table littering, dead animal etc
  3. Construction noise
  4. Idling Vehicle Engines (Drive leaving a vehicle's engine running while the vehicle is not in motion) for goods truck, buses, car, taxi, motorcycles
  5. Littering such as high rise littering, littering in public area, littering from vehicle 
  6. Market and Hawker Centre related
  7. Mosquitoes nuisance and breeding habitats
  8. Pest in public area for non-food establishment  
  9. Smoke emission by Vehicle
  10. Smoking at prohibited places such as non-smoking corner, common corridor, life, void deck, staircase
  11. Toilet issue
  12. Maintenance of greenery and infrastructure
  13. Report suspected scam, fraud or misconduct by NEA staff or to verify the identity of NEA officer
