Our esteemed client is looking for Customer Service Associate

Job Responsibilities:

Handle enquiries about population health and RHSO services
Actively collaborating with NUHS teams and community partners to promote the coordination of community-based services
Assist residents and caregivers in navigating and accessing community-based resources and services to empower them to manage their own health
Helping residents with requests related to community appointments
Conduct outbound calls to promote enrollment and participation in screening and vaccination programs

Requirement:

Minimum of N/O level
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experiences in healthcare or customer service industry will be an added advantage
