Our technology starts with you.\n\nJob Description\n\n * This is a Planning role within the Outsourcing Subcontractor (Assy and Test) Management organization.\n * Reporting to the Capacity Planning Manager, you will oversee the booking of ST capacity needs with our outsourcing subcontractors (OSAT).\n * You will need to understand the outsourcing capacity available for your assigned portfolio against Demand Forecast (S\u0026OP) plan. You will manage allocations between the various external plants and align the plan with the dynamic evolution of the demand.\n\n\n\n \n\nMain Responsibilities\n\n * Drive quarterly S\u0026OP exercise with OSATs for your assigned product portfolio, book capacity and material requirements with Subcontractors\n * Drive and coordinate the Control Tower reviews with groups (Demand \u0026 Availability Alignment calls)\n * Review capacity saturation at OSAT for the assigned portfolio, provide spending projection based on your analysis.\n * Drive OSAT to support missing capacity and/or material shortage\n * Collaborate with Regional Operation Teams to synchronize Demand with Daily Execution\n * Work with Technical and quality teams for new equipment ramps\n * Gather Market intelligence in term of capacity availability\n * Maintain collaborative relationship with OSAT while driving their KPI to meet ST targets\n\n\n\n \n\nRequirements\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree or Diploma with equivalent experience in Engineering\n * Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor industry preferred\n * Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, experience with PowerBI and large-scale data analysis\n * Technical knowledge on Semicon Packaging \u0026 Test (Planning, Process) \n * Strong Drive, able to work under tight deadlines, accountable and consistent in problem solving\n * Team Player with good negotiations skills\n * Good with numbers, attention to detail and meticulous\n * Excellent communication skills \n\n\n\n \n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
