Job Description - Capital Markets Associate Singapore

A top UK law firm are looking for a junior capital markets associate for their team in Singapore. You will play a key role in advising international clients on debt and equity capital raisings, regulatory compliance, and market-shaping deals. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge matters in one of the worlds fastest-growing economies.

Requirements:

1- 4 PQE (UK scale)
Common law or US qualified with prior capital markets experience gained at a top tier law firm.
Excellent drafting skills together with strong commercial acumen are essential.
Happy to relocate candidates from overseas
