Position Description

Vantage is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Capital Markets Execution Coordinator / Admin to assist with KYC, onboarding processes, and transaction execution coordination tasks (virtual data rooms, site visits etc) within the Capital Markets team. You will work closely with other members of the Capital Markets team, and report to the Senior Director, Head of APAC Capital Markets. The ideal candidate will be an resourceful individual who has strong organizational skills and a keen sense of ownership.

Essential Job Functions

• Manage KYC processes with prospective lenders, banks, and debt investors

• Manage internal onboarding and vendor-set up processes for counterparties

• Coordinate supporting workstreams for transaction execution:

  • Collate and organise documents for virtual data rooms

  • Organise site visits for lenders

  • Coordinate documents for transaction closing

  • Coordinate documents for ongoing debt reporting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction databases and filing systems

• Monitor and manage administrative tasks related to loan agreements, bond issuances, and other financing documents

• Facilitate meeting scheduling, conference calls, and stakeholder follow-ups

• Provide general ad-hoc administrative support to Capital Markets team as needed.

Job Requirements

• High degree of attention to detail and an ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner

• Strong organization skills with ability to manage timelines

• Resourceful with ability to work independently

• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience with document coordination, KYC, general administrative support
