Car Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers through personal sourcing, leads from existing clients, participation in organizations.
• Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs and technical knowledge of product features and capabilities.
• Facilitate sales, including arranging for delivery, insurance, financing, or service contracts for products.
• Process leasing sales by preparing sales agreements and relevant documentation, acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments for a successful sale.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service to foster positive relationships and referrals.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage showroom operations and perform daily duties to maintain product displays.
